WORK SESSION

The Clayton Ridge Board of Directors held a Work Session on January 30, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the High School Conference Room, Guttenberg.
Members in attendance were Jessica Bittner, Sam Brandt, Mike Finnegan, Ellen Johnson, Dan Kregel, Shelly Mommer, and TJ Pierce.
Also attending were Superintendent Shane Wahls, Board Secretary Logan Taylor, Assistant Business Manager David Schlueter, and Tammi Drawbaugh.
Agenda
- Review of Superintendent Search Proposals
Tammi Drawbaugh from the Iowa Association of School Boards led the Board through a discussion regarding the use of a firm for an upcoming Superintendent search. Further discussion was held to begin reviewing Superintendent search proposals received.
Work Session adjourned at 11:02 AM.
