BOARD OF DIRECTORS SPECIAL MEETING

October 31, 2025

 

The Clayton Ridge Board of Directors held a special meeting on October 31, 2025 in the Superintendent’s Office, Guttenberg.

 

Call to Order/Roll Call

Vice President Mike Finnegan called the meeting to order at 7:30 AM.  Other members in attendance were Sam Brandt, Ellen Johnson, and Dan Kregel.

Also in attendance were Superintendent Shane Wahls and Board Secretary / Business Manager Logan.

 

There were no other guests present.

 

Approval of Agenda

Motion by Brandt and second by Kregel to approve the agenda.  Motion carried unanimously.

 

New Business

1. Employment – Hire Custodian

Motion by Brandt and second by Kregel to approve the hire of Theresa Sample-Anderson as a custodian.

 

2. Approve Van Purchase

Motion by Johnson and second by Brandt to approve the purchase of a passenger van not to exceed $60,000. Motion carried unanimously.

 

Adjournment

Motion by Kregel and second by Brandt to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
