BOARD OF DIRECTORS SPECIAL MEETING
May 30, 2025
The Clayton Ridge Board of Directors held a special meeting on May 30, 2025 in the Superintendent’s Office, Guttenberg.
Call to Order/Roll Call
Vice President Mike Finnegan called the meeting to order at 7:45 AM. Other members in attendance were Sam Brandt, Ellen Johnson, and Shelly Mommer. Jessica Bittner, Dan Kregel, and TJ Pierce were absent.
Also in attendance were Superintendent Shane Wahls and Board Secretary / Business Manager Logan.
There were no other guests present.
Approval of Agenda
Motion by Brandt and second by Johnson to approve the agenda as posted. Motion carried unanimously.
New Business
- Employment
Motion by Johnson and second by Mommer to approve the following resignations and hires:
Hires
- Katie Vorwald – Elementary Special Education Teacher
- Stanley Bockenstedt – Assistant Varsity Girls Basketball Coach
- Harry Pierce – Teacher’s Associate
- Nate Meier – Seasonal Custodian
Resignations
- Stanley Bockenstedt – Junior High Boys Basketball Coach
Motion carried unanimously.
Adjournment
Motion by Brandt and second by Johnson to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
