SPECIAL MEETING
May 28, 2021
The Clayton Ridge Board of Directors held a special meeting on May 28, 2021 at 7:30 a.m. in the Elementary Library, Garnavillo.
Call to Order/Roll Call
President John Heying called the meeting to order at 7:30 a.m. Other members in attendance were Jason Reimer, Alicia Helle, Ellen Johnson, and Mike Finnegan. Christine Aulwes and Kathy Ihde were absent.
Also in attendance were Superintendent Shane Wahls and Board Secretary David Schlueter.
Approval of Agenda
Motion by Reimer and second by Finnegan to approve the agenda. Motion carried unanimously.
New Business
- Employment
Motion by Helle and second by Reimer to approve the hiring of Leah Eulberg as Business Education Teacher and to approve an agreement with Leah Eulberg regarding tuition and licensing cost-sharing. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Reimer and second by Finnegan to accept resignations of Teacher Associate Mackenzie Vlazny and Head Coach Girls Track Collin Arndt. Motion carried unanimously.
Communications
Discussed progress on sale of property to Garnavillo Day Care.
Adjournment
Motion by Finnegan and second by Helle to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
