SPECIAL MEETING
June 26, 2026
The Clayton Ridge Board of Directors held a special meeting on June 26, 2026 at 7:30 am in the Superintendent Office, Guttenberg.
Call to Order/Roll Call
President Jessica Bittner called the meeting to order at 7:30 am. Other members in attendance were Mike Finnegan, Ellen Johnson, Dan Kregel and Shelly Mommer. Sam Brandt and TJ Pierce were absent.
Also present were Superintendent Shane Wahls and Board Secretary Logan Taylor.
There were no other guests present.
Approval of Agenda
Motion by Kregel and second by Finnegan to approve the agenda as posted. Motion carried unanimously.
New Business
- Transportation / Maintenance Director Contract
Motion by Finnegan and second by Mommer to combine Transportation Director and Maintenance Director positions and approve Casey Goerdt as Transportation Director / Maintenance Director. Motion carried unanimously.
- Hires: Teacher Associate
Motion by Kregel and second by Johnson to hire Sarah Harbaugh as a Teacher Associate. Motion carried unanimously.
- Approve Consulting Agreement
Motion by Kregel and second by Mommer to approve a contract with Sarah Lehman to provide consulting services for the 2026-27 school year. Motion carried unanimously.

Motion by Kregel and second by Mommer to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
