SPECIAL MEETING
April 30, 2026
The Clayton Ridge Board of Directors held a special meeting on April 30, 2026 at 7:30 am in the Superintendent Office, Guttenberg.
Call to Order/Roll Call
President Jessica Bittner called the meeting to order at 7:30 am. Other members in attendance were Sam Brandt, Mike Finnegan, and Shelly Mommer. Ellen Johnson, Dan Kregel, and TJ Pierce were absent.
Also present was Superintendent Shane Wahls.
There were no other guests present.
Approval of Agenda
Motion by Mommer and second by Finnegan to approve the agenda as posted. Motion carried unanimously.
New Business
- Employment
Motion by Brandt and second by Mommer to approve the following hires:
- Adam Sadewasser – HS Social Studies Teacher
- Ryan Fritz – 6-12 Principal
Adjournment
Motion by Finnegan and second by Mommer to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
