SPECIAL MEETING
April 22, 2026
The Clayton Ridge Board of Directors held a special meeting on April 22, 2026 at 5:49 pm in the Elementary School Library, Garnavillo.
Call to Order/Roll Call
President Jessica Bittner called the meeting to order at 5:49 pm. Other members in attendance were Sam Brandt, Mike Finnegan, Ellen Johnson, and Shelly Mommer. Dan Kregel and TJ Pierce were absent.
Also present were Superintendent Shane Wahls and Board Secretary Logan Taylor.
There were no other guests present.
Approval of Agenda
Motion by Finnegan and second by Mommer to approve the amended agenda. Motion carried unanimously.
Reports / Communication
Wahls shared information regarding Eagle Center updates, the upcoming MS/HS Principal interview process, and a potential building facilities assessment.
New Business
- FY27 Budget
Motion by Brandt and second by Mommer to approve the FY27 Budget as presented. Motion carried unanimously.
Adjournment
Motion by Finnegan and second by Mommer to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
