NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

CLAYTON RIDGE COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT

Pursuant to chapters 21 and 298A of the Iowa Code, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Clayton Ridge Community School District at Clayton Ridge High School Library at 131 S River Park Dr, Guttenberg on January 8, 2026 at 5:30 PM.  This hearing is on a resolution to transfer funds to the District’s Flexibility Account and expend funds from the District’s Flexibility Account for general fund purposes. These funds, in the amount of $416,540.41, were unexpended and unobligated from the Teacher Leadership Compensation and Teacher Quality Professional Development funds.

All persons interested are invited to attend this hearing and be heard. Written comments may be submitted to Logan Taylor, Board Secretary on or before January 8, 2026 at 5:30 PM.
