PUBLIC HEARING

The Clayton Ridge Community School District Board of Directors held a Public Hearing on March 25, 2026 at 5:30 PM in the Elementary Library, Garnavillo, Iowa.

 

President Jessica Bittner opened the hearing at 5:30 PM. Other members in attendance were Mike Finnegan, TJ Pierce, Ellen Johnson, Dan Kregel, Sam Brandt, Shelley Mommer. Pierce was absent.

 

Also in attendance were Superintendent Shane Wahls and Assistant Business Manager David Schlueter.

 

There were 5 employees / community members present.

 

Schlueter shared the proposed tax rate with the public per request.

 

Public comment was received from two community members.

 

Consensus of the board to the proposed tax rate keep the proposed tax rate of $11.26543
