2023 Waukon Indian Cross Country Invitational 

The boys’ cross country team placed 4th at the Waukon Indian Cross Country Invitational held at Waukon Golf and Country Club.  The team consisted of Jesus Jasper Lara, Ethan Backes, Jace Fassbinder, Fernando Flores, and Jackson Smith. The highlight for the boys’s team was Jesus placing in the top twenty and meddling.  He finished in 14th place and ran a time of 19:49.  

The girls’ also competed well at this meet, even with the top two girls not being able to participate.  The team finished in 5th place with two of the runners setting their own personal best times at the meet, which were Hinkley Simon and Pfeiffer Horns.  The team consisted of Hinkley Simon, Audrey Dickson, Jayda Wardell, Pfeiffer Horns, and Hailey Gail.
