Congrats to our very own, Kahne Bolsinger as he won Papa Murphy/Subways, Athlete of the Week.  Kahne had 18 carries for 156 yards & a touchdown.   He also had 1 reception for 9 yards & another one.  Defensively, Kahne had 2 tackles & an interception.  All of that helped the Eagles defeat Postville 38-6.    CR PROUD!!!!!

 

Happy Birthday today to Brooke Bildstein, Sat., Sept 16 to Amelia Miller & Trenton Bissell~

There will be no parking in the high school parking lot or on the street tomorrow, Saturday Sept 16 due to the car cruise.

Congrats shout out to our two top 10 individuals out of 111 competitors at the Tri-State dairy foods contests yesterday Brooke Hansel and Ava Beck. Brooke in 8th place and Ava in 10th. And 9th place Tri-State dairy judging team made up of Lane Rork, Carson Letterle, Brooke Hansel and Ava Beck.

 

The varsity girls had two females run a personal best time at the Central Invitational on September 14, 2023.  Jayda Wardell ran a time of 26:41 and Hinkley Simon ran a time of 28:06.  Audrey Dickson came in first for the girls’ varsity team with a time of 25:55, which is 2 seconds off her personal best time.  Overall the girls competed hard and took a 5th place finish.

The boys’ team is improving every meet with their times.  The top boy runner was Jesus Jasper-Lara who came in 16th place, which was one spot short of reaching the awards podium.  He run 43 seconds faster than he did the previous year.  Another major highlight was Caleb Lawrence setting another personal best time in this meet with a time of 23:21.  The team finished in 6th place overall.

The middle school boys’ team tied for 2nd place.  Evan Claycamp and Russell Chmelar both were able to make the podium with Evan placing 3rd and Russel placing 7th.  Overall the middle school boys’ team did an excellent job competing in their second meet of the season.
